PORT CHESTER, NY (June 7, 2026) — The Village of Port Chester has officially initiated an update to its Comprehensive Plan. This masterplan update aims to address major zoning, neighborhood, and quality of life issues, guiding the village’s development for the next decade and beyond.
A committee consisting of residents, village officials, and staff is spearheading the effort. The first Public Workshop is scheduled for June 17 at the Port Chester Senior Community Center. Residents and local business owners are invited to attend, engage with village consultants, and share their thoughts and visions for the community.
