WHITE PLAINS, NY (October 14, 2026) — Westchester County Executive Ken Jenkins announced that Rita C. Mabli of New Rochelle will receive top honors at the 44th Annual Senior Citizens Hall of Fame Awards Celebration. The event is set for December 4 at the Westchester Marriott in Tarrytown.

Mabli, who joined United Hebrew in 1976 and became its first female CEO and President, has transformed senior care in Westchester County. Under her leadership, United Hebrew expanded to include rehabilitation, assisted living, and more, addressing the changing needs of seniors.

Jenkins praised the honorees: “This annual celebration is an opportunity to recognize the remarkable contributions our older adults make to their communities and to Westchester County as a whole.”

The Senior Hall of Fame, which began as part of Westchester County’s 300th anniversary, has honored nearly 1,800 seniors over 44 years. This year, it will honor 61 seniors from 29 municipalities, including Mabli from New Rochelle.

Tickets, sponsorships, and ads for the awards luncheon are available. For more information, visit the Westchester Partnership website.
