NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Xavier Tyler and Will Pope from Penn State track & field and Greg Gallagher from William and Mary track & field competed at Penn State on Saturday, 2-5-16.
Three of our former student-athletes participated in a track meet at Penn State University this weekend. Penn State track and field won team titles in both the men’s and women’s competitions of the Sykes & Sabock Challenge Cup. Xavier Tyler was a multi-sport athlete at the Prep, playing football and participating in indoor and spring track & field. Will Pope played football on the lower levels and then concentrated on track & field as an upperclassmen. Greg Gallagher was one of the best vaulters that Coach Mitchell and Coach Cahill has ever had at the Prep.
