NEW ROCHELLE, NY (August 26, 2024) — On Saturday, August 24th at about 10:38 pm, New Rochelle Police were called to the vicinity of 299 Huguenot Street on a report of a robbery. Responding officers interviewed the 17-year-old victim and determined that in addition to his cell phone and “fanny” pack being taken from him, he had also been assaulted. The victim told officers that he knew some of the suspects and he provided names and descriptions. A short time later, police officers located the suspects, and the victim was able to identify those who committed the crimes against him.
One adult male and three juvenile males were arrested by New Rochelle Police Officers. The adult was held pending arraignment in the New Rochelle City Court, and the juveniles were held pending arraignment by the Youth Part of the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office.
